About the Rolf Workshop The Rolf Workshop is founded upon the work and teaching of Dr. Ida P. Rolf, a scientist and practically minded woman who "discovered" that the shape and alignment of the body's structure can be functionally changed by its interaction with the gravitational field of the earth.
